If you’re unsure about committing right away, taking my free initial assessment is a great way to get to know me and my coaching style, while receiving some advice and learn something new about yourself.

IN-PERSON COACHING

CUSTOM PRICING - per session or package options

My style of coaching is not one-size fits all. I believe health has many factors, including but not limited to your sleep, your diet, your exercise, your bloodwork, your daily step count, your breathing patterns, your home & work environments, and your stress levels. I do assessments on all of these, and then customize your program based on your needs. Your program may include:

  • Nutrition counseling

  • Sleep coaching

  • Weight training

  • Cardio exercise

  • Breathwork

  • Stretching

  • Meditation

  • Life coaching

My pricing includes all of the above. You can pay by the session, however most of my clients prefer to do package pricing, which gives you bigger savings the more sessions you commit to, thus seeing greater results.


ONLINE COACHING

My online coaching is very similar to in-person coaching, however instead of doing physical workouts together, you would receive weekly customize workout plans, along with an online library of video exercises to refer to. This option is great for people who aren’t local to Miami, or if you feel confident in the gym exercising alone and just need guidance on what type of workouts and eating would work best for you.
